Spring 2021 • Senior Design Project • UX/UI High Fidelity Prototype
For my senior thesis at the University of San Francisco, I made a prototype in InVision of a dating-swiping-styled app for adopting and fostering pets. I wanted to create something fun, and experimental, and follow a design process with user testing to iterate and make changes to the flow. I received peer feedback during critiques which helped the iteration process. My final result is a high-fidelity wireframe and a fictitious advertisement.
What if fostering and adopting animals were more accessible to the public? Can a dating app method of swiping be utilized to create more accessibility? This app could help animals in crowded shelters. Many animals receive inadequate attention, not having their basic necessities met for their mental and physical well beings. It could also be for individuals needing short-term or long-term care for their pets.
